About Me
ARTIST PROFILE
From my early childhood, I have demonstrated artistic ability beyond my years. Encouraged by my parents at an early age, I have studied at Pennsylvania College of Art and Design at there weekend program for teenagers, and under numerous local artists that are proficient watercolor and oil painters. Currently, I am a junior at Liberty University and I am pursuing a degree of BS in Graphic Design with a minor in Studio Art. I am proud to be actively involved in the artist communities of Southern Chester County, PA; Newark, DE; Elkton, MD; and Lynchburg, VA.

Being currently enrolled at Liberty and pursuing a career in Graphic Design, I am constantly learning and desiring to create stellar work and projects. I am using my graphic design knowledge to create lettering artwork that features scripture and inspiration quotes; as well as, extensive branding projects that include logo development, packaging designs, and strategies for campaigns. Because of my background in fine art, I love to use elements of illustration and creativity in my graphic design. Also, if it’s not digital, I love to do hand lettering with pen and watercolor.

With my fine art, I feel like I have a unique gift for capturing a subject’s personality and I regularly create commissioned pet portraits in soft pastel. I have loved drawing and painting since I was young and I have a small business for commissioned pet portraits. I also love to paint landscapes and still life. My oil work captures still life in a classic style, and my watercolor and acrylic work draws inspiration from the bucolic scenery of rural Pennsylvania, reaching far beyond to a diversity of landscapes that are rich in color and character. The most important thing is that I enjoy creating art that makes people smile.
My Etsy shop, PenandInkco, provides me with a wonderful opportunity to explore multiple mediums and styles. Art is my passion and creativity is an essential part of my life. My goal is to continually grow in technical skills in order to fully express the gift that Jesus Christ has given me. I am excited to see where He’ll lead me on this creative journey.
